Professional & Technical Development Council

The IEEE Photonics Society’s Professional & Technical Development Council (PTD) is responsible for: creating professional development programs; enhancing career services; identifying opportunities for professionals to engage in volunteering; and distinguishing emerging areas of technical and industrial interest.
