IEEE Photonics Journal Club: “Emerging Fiber Technologies”

The IEEE Photonics Society has launched a “Journal Club” program to connect students and early career professionals with researchers and authors of prominent published papers. Participants collectively read chosen scientific papers from an IEEE Journal and are invited to attend a session with author presentations, open discussion and mentorship.

This session is supported by the IEEE/Optica Journal of Lightwave Technology (JLT) and the IEEE Photonics Globalization Committee, with focus on IEEE Region 8 (Europe/Africa/Middle East) and IEEE Region 10 (Asia/Pacific).
